Metalcess’ self-developed fluoride removal agent, utilizing a porous hydroxyl-functionalized composite carrier with an adsorption capacity of 8.5–12mg/g, can reliably reduce fluoride from 50~500mg/L to below 1mg/L, achieving an efficiency improvement of over 30% and facilitating compliance with discharge standards such as GB 8978-1996. This fluoride removal agent is resistant to high salinity (Cl-, SO₄2-≤ 5000mg/L) and interference from low-concentration heavy metals, can be used in hydrometallurgy (leaching solution purification, electrolyte purification and son on), wastewater treatment, and drinking water industry.

Our fluoride removal agent firmly locks fluoride ions within the carrier, preventing secondary desorption after adsorption. Following filtration, fluoride ions are completely separated from the solution, with the filter cake moisture content below 60%, thereby reducing the volume of solid waste requiring disposal. The fluoride-loaded fluoride removal agent is capable of regeneration. Even after dozens of cycles, the adsorption capacity remains at over 75% of its initial value, significantly reducing chemical consumption.
