Metalcess provides electric heating spiral crystallization machine for Tin refining to produce high purity Tin product (Sn≥99.95%). Normally it is applied together with Tin refining kettles and Vacuum distillation furnace as a comprehensive method for removing of Cu, As, Sb, Pb, Bi, and other impurities from Tin.
The electric heating spiral crystallizer for removing Lead and Bismuth in crude Tin is a high effiecieny Tin refining equipment.
Normally it is used with the combination of Tin fire-refining kettles and vacuum distillation furnace for as a comprehensive Tin fire-refining process to remove those impurities such as As, Cu, Fe, Sb, Pb and so on.
It is of simple operation, low production cost and high purity end product output.
The output Tin purity can reach ≥99.95%
The capacity can reach 10-20tons per set.

The Tin refining process is carried out in an electrically heated U-shaped trough with a certain slope and spiral blades. After the crude Tin enters the trough, it begins to cool and generate crystals and liquid. The crystals are lifted by the spiral and enter the melting and separation section.
In each temperature gradient section, new crystals and liquid are generated, gradually purifying the crystals. When the crystals reach the top of the trough and the material temperature approaches certain temperature, the crystal meets the standard of high purity Tin ingot for Lead and Bismuth.
The liquid generated by melting and separation flows downward and exchanges heat and mass with the upward rotating liquid. The liquid with high density and lead content gradually accumulates at the tail of the trough. And a soldering Tin with 63-67% Tin and 32-36% Lead is formed. Bismuth and Indium also form low-melting-point melts with Lead and enter the soldering Tin, achieving the separation of Lead and Tin.
